

His parents went to over the Bar Túbal in 1974, also in the village of Tafalla, becoming the main meeting point of tafallians where they tasted their tapas, fries and special small dishes.
Given all these possibilities David opted for the cuisine and started a self-taught way, trying to join the traditional cooking and the new cuisine, but naturally, providing to the dishes his own touch and style. In 1992, he opened the Restaurante Casa Manolo, thanks to the assistance of his mother Mª Angeles and his uncle Carlos, who was in charge of the dining room standing out because of his illusion, kindness and love he uses to spread doing his job.
The restaurant had then a seating capacity of 90 persons; little by little he won the confidence of the public and in the year 1999 the local was reformed and made bigger, reaching a maximum capacity of 200 table companion.
Since that year, David counts on the essential collaboration of his wife Begoña, who has provided a young and feminine delicate touch to the restaurant. Thanks to really professional team in the kitchen, the restaurant has reached a fine organization in each field.
Casa Manolo. “Manolo” in recognition of the support, illusion and desire for work transmitted by his father. And “Casa” (Home) because they want their clients to feel at home.
